3 credits per swap. Face swap takes two inputs — a source image with the face you want to use, and a target image where the face will be placed. The result keeps the target image’s pose, lighting, and environment intact while replacing only the face.

How to use it

1

Open Face swap

Go to the Edit section and select Face swap, or navigate to gestel.ai/edit/face-swap.
2

Upload the source face

In the Source slot, upload the image containing the face you want to transfer. A clear, front-facing photo works best.

3

Upload the target image

In the Target slot, upload the image where the face will be placed. This is the image whose pose, background, and overall composition will be preserved.
4

Swap and download

Click Swap face. When processing is complete, download the result from the output area.

Tips for better results

  • Use a source face photo that’s well-lit and close to front-facing
  • The target image should have a clearly visible face
  • Avoid heavily obscured or extreme profile angles in either image

Limitations

Face swap works best with a single prominent face in the target image. Partially obstructed faces, heavy facial accessories (masks, sunglasses), or very low-resolution inputs may produce inconsistent results.
