Generation failed
Credits are automatically refunded when a generation fails, so you won’t be charged for the failed attempt. What to try:- Run the generation again — most failures are transient server errors that resolve on retry.
- If it keeps failing with the same image, try a different reference image.
- Reduce the number of reference images — too many low-quality references can cause failures.
- Check that your input images are valid JPEG, PNG, or WebP files.
Not enough credits
If you see a “not enough credits” error, your monthly credits and pay-as-you-go credits are both exhausted. What to try:- Check your balance in the account menu.
- Buy pay-as-you-go credits at $2/100 from your account page.
- Upgrade to a higher plan for a larger monthly allocation. See plans.
Low image quality
What to try:- Switch from Fast to Pro engine. Pro produces higher-detail results.
- Add more reference images — a product shot, a model, an outfit, and a style reference all improve output.
- Make sure your input images are high resolution and well-lit. Blurry or dark inputs produce worse outputs.
- For consistent product shots, create a Learn asset for the product.
Upload errors
What to try:- Confirm your file is JPEG, PNG, or WebP. Other formats aren’t supported.
- Check your internet connection — large files can fail on unstable connections.
- Try compressing the image if it’s very large. Most tools don’t require files larger than a few MB.
- If the error persists, try a different browser or disable browser extensions that might interfere with file uploads.
Slow generation
Generation time varies depending on the engine and current server load.- Pro is slower than Fast — it runs a more powerful model.
- Animate is the slowest feature, especially at higher durations and resolutions. A 10-second 720p video can take several minutes.
- During peak hours, queue times may be longer than usual.
Results don’t match my references
What to try:- Add more specific reference images. A vague style reference produces vague results.
- Use a Learn asset for the product — it gives the model precise product metadata rather than relying on visual matching alone.
- Try adjusting advanced options like camera angle and lighting preset in the bottom bar.
- Use the Pro engine instead of Fast — it follows references more closely.
- Try Recreate instead of Create if you need a product placed in a specific scene.
